No one on planet earth lives a smooth life. A life that's challenge-free. Everybody has his own fair share of struggles. And the only way I found differentiates between successful and unsuccessful people is "HOW DO THEY RESPOND OR REACT TO THEIR LIVES' CHALLENGES". Successful people tend to be more calm when they face challenges, even the toughest ones. And in today's video I'll be sharing 3 great advises that can help you too calm down and take the right actions whenever you face tough challenges. The funny part is that all of the 3 advise start with the letter "L". Are you ready? Well. Here's the 1st tip:
There will always be stuffs that happened in our lives that we can control and others that will be out of our control. And this 1st "L" is about the second type. Whenever you come across an event or experience that's really beyond your control, you just need to chill out. Don't be stubborn and angry at people around you. Don't blame anyone nor yourself at this stage. Instead, you want to train your brain to accept what happened because it already happened and you just can't reverse time.
Then comes the 2nd "L" in today's video:
Ask better questions in this phase. Instead of going mad about what happened and start blaming others or circumstances, It'll be great to change your perspective and ask different questions that will inspire your brain to come up with out-of-the-box ideas and solutions. And this really can help you develop what we call a Solution-Oriented Personality. You may ask yourself things like: What Skills Can I Learn to Make Sure This Issue Won't Happen Again for me in the Future?, How Could I Behave Differently? and so on.
After answering these questions and identifying your corrective set of actions, you need to do the 3rd "L":
- Let It Go & Keep Going..
Most people spend their entire lives talking about their challenges and how they've been misled or deceived. This is not going to help them move forward anyways. But successful people focuses on one thing only; How Can I Move it Forward?. And this is exactly what you need to focus on too. Don't spend too much time dwelling on the problem. Instead focus your energy and time on how to move forward.
