1. About IGS Focus

IGS Focus is a productivity and focus application designed to help users plan tasks, define focus-session boundaries, work with fewer distractions, track focused time, recover interrupted sessions, and record Actual Duration back to a personal Google Sheets Planner.

IGS Focus is operated by Walid Ibrahim through wibrahim.com .

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, installing, authorizing, or using IGS Focus, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the IGS Focus Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use IGS Focus.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account and browser environment you use with IGS Focus.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account or device.

You should not share account credentials, authorization access, or technical session information in a way that could allow another person to access your Planner or active Focus session without permission.

4. License to Use IGS Focus

Subject to these Terms and any applicable membership, purchase, or access agreement, IGS Focus grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application for its intended productivity and focus purposes.

This right does not transfer ownership of IGS Focus, its software, branding, designs, methods, content, or intellectual property.

5. Permitted Use

You may use IGS Focus for legitimate personal, professional, educational, or business productivity purposes consistent with the functionality provided by the application.

You agree not to misuse the application or use it in a way that could interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to IGS Focus systems, relays, sessions, accounts, or another user's Planner.
• Circumvent or interfere with authentication, authorization, session identity, relay tokens, anti-replay mechanisms, or other security controls.
• Use automated methods to overload, disrupt, scrape, probe, or interfere with IGS Focus services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit IGS Focus except where expressly permitted by applicable law or a written agreement.
• Use IGS Focus for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Misrepresent your relationship with IGS Focus, Walid Ibrahim, or wibrahim.com.

7. Google Services and Authorization

IGS Focus uses Google Sheets and Google Apps Script as part of its Planner experience.

Certain features require you to authorize Google permissions necessary for the application to operate.

You may revoke IGS Focus's Google authorization at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking authorization may cause some or all IGS Focus functionality to stop working.

Google services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

8. IGS Focus Desktop Shell

IGS Focus may offer an optional browser extension or app-like desktop experience referred to as the IGS Focus Desktop Shell.

The Desktop Shell is designed to support features such as the native task-launch overlay, Focus Mode navigation, active-session recovery, anti-replay protection, and returning to the correct Planner task.

Your use of the Desktop Shell may also be subject to the policies and technical requirements of your browser, operating system, or extension distribution platform.

9. User Content and Planner Data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter into your IGS Focus Planner, including tasks, outcomes, WHY statements, priorities, forecasts, notes, and other user-entered content.

You represent that you have the right to enter and use any information you place into the Planner.

You should avoid entering information that you do not have permission to process or that would create unnecessary privacy or confidentiality risk.

10. Productivity and Outcome Disclaimer

IGS Focus is a productivity and focus tool. It is designed to help users structure attention, define focus boundaries, track focused time, and reflect on execution.

IGS Focus does not guarantee productivity, business results, income, performance, achievement, personal transformation, or any specific outcome.

Results depend on many factors outside the application, including the user's decisions, actions, consistency, environment, circumstances, and use of the system.

11. Accuracy of Time Tracking

IGS Focus is designed to provide practical focus-session timing and Actual Duration tracking.

Timing may be affected by device behavior, browser throttling, internet connectivity, system sleep, crashes, delayed synchronization, Google service availability, or other technical conditions.

While the application includes recovery, idempotency, session protection, and timing safeguards, recorded durations should not be treated as certified, legal, payroll, billing, medical, or safety-critical time records.

12. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep IGS Focus available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may be modified, improved, replaced, suspended, or discontinued as the application evolves or as required by security, technical, platform, legal, or operational considerations.

Some changes may require users to update their Planner, browser extension, authorization, or other application components.

13. Third-Party Platforms

IGS Focus depends in part on third-party platforms such as Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google Chrome, browser extension infrastructure, and internet service providers.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, deprecations, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

14. Intellectual Property

IGS Focus, including its software, visual design, workflows, branding, logos, interfaces, application structure, written materials, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Walid Ibrahim unless otherwise stated.

No rights are granted except the limited right to use IGS Focus under these Terms and any applicable written access or membership agreement.

15. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback regarding IGS Focus, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve, develop, or operate the application without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to IGS Focus when reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain security, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect the integrity of the service.

You may stop using IGS Focus at any time and may revoke its Google authorization through your Google Account settings.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IGS Focus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make warranties that the application will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, completely secure, compatible with every device or environment, or suitable for every user's specific needs.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walid Ibrahim and IGS Focus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use IGS Focus.

This includes, without limitation, loss of productivity, data, business opportunity, revenue, profit, goodwill, or anticipated results, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Privacy

Your use of IGS Focus is also governed by the IGS Focus Privacy Policy .

The Privacy Policy explains how IGS Focus accesses, uses, stores, protects, and shares information, including Google user data.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as IGS Focus evolves or as legal, technical, security, or platform requirements change.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where required, we may provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.
