Don't start consuming your natural resources (willpower) the moment you wake up. The moment you give your brain a choice or more is the exact same moment you start consume your will power. Try to make things happen automatically as you wake up by building your daily rituals. Worth to mention that these rituals must be clear of any negative thoughts such as reading newspapers or watching political news. And this will take us to our next point in today's video which is:

Decide on Your Top 3 Priorities the Night Before.

Same logic. Don't give your brain too much of choices. In addition, this will help you say "NO" to other things that are not on your top priorities list
