What you will do:

  • Call our warm leads and explain how much FREE VALUE they will receive from us just by being on our database.
  • Follow up and provide support all the way they're inside our marketing funnels.
  • Prepare for and conduct consultative sales calls and help our hot leads to enroll into our life transforming journeys/programs.
  • Follow up with our Customer Support team to make sure new comers are fulfilled and happy with our programs.
  • Follow up with our Finance team to make sure accounts receivables are collected on time.

Additional Information:

  • Prior training/consultation sales experience is a plus.
  • Computer and internet access are required.
  • 2-5 Years sales experience is required.

- General Ledger Accountant

Job Title: General Ledger Accountant

Department: Finance

Direct supervisor: Chief Accountant

Location: Madinaty

Job Purpose Statement:
- Responsible for the general ledger accounting of a company, including accountability for Fixed Assets accounting; working closely with Accounts Payable, Receivables, Banking and treasury to ensure continuous alignment.
- Reviewing all the detailed information related to receivable accounts, payable accounts and making the required reconciliation.
- Helping the manager in the preparation of the different reports and analysis.

Key Accountabilities:

- Identify daily activity in Bank accounts.
- Prepare the necessary allocations.
- Ensure that customer receivables balances are regularly reconciled with clients.
- Ensure that Invoices are issued in compliance with payment terms and prices contracted.
- Preparation of Receivables aging reports to management.
- Regular revision of customer accounts to propose adjustments to inactive accounts, provisions and write-offs.
- Review all Expenses for appropriate documentation for approval before payment.
- Ensure that all Expenses have the appropriate signatures and are distributed accordingly.
- Control of all accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements and budgets.
- Assist with year-end audits.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly and annual tax filing.

 
Skills Required by the Job:

- Bachelor degree in commerce
- 2+ years of related experience 

- Proficient user of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint)

- Excellent reporting skills.

- Very good at the English language.

Our new Media Buyer will expand the IMPACT of the Walid Ibrahim brand by going arm-in-arm with all our departments' teams and top management to make sure maximum automation and security is implemented!

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing media plans to achieve targeted marketing goals. 

  • You will research, negotiate, and purchase media space, both online and offline, to effectively reach the desired audience. 

  • Your role will involve analyzing data, monitoring campaign performance, and making adjustments to optimize results. 

  • You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audience, media channels, and advertising opportunities

  • Develop media plans and strategies based on client objectives and target audience insights

  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Monitor advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending to achieve desired results

  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging media buying platforms

  • Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging and visuals with media placements

  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, negotiate pricing, and secure advantageous media placements

  • Provide timely reports and insights on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholder

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field

  • has experience in google ads at least 2 years 

  • Proven work experience as a media buyer or in a similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of media planning and buying principles, including audience targeting and segmentation

  • Familiarity with various advertising channels and platforms, both traditional and digital

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

  • Proficiency in using media buying software and tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Additional Information:

  • Prior CRM experience is a must (Preferably having some experience with Bitrix24 CRM)
